The 1st Era Collection consists of original designs and influences of Das B during between 2010 to 2015. The paintings were inspired by New York City and Rio De Janeiro, where the artist lived and began coming into his style. “Beautiful Death” was created in New York City in 2012-2013 but was only fully completed in 2020. Originally inspired by Dali, the painting oozes with vibrant colors and the Das B style along with symbolism. The pomegranate represents the fruit of life, giving birth to various apex animals (Crocodile and Das Bears) leaping from one to another, attempting to clutch the life from the anonymous Boxed Purple Lady.
